What does the $13,500 per arch include?
Elite Dentistry’s full-arch price is $13,500 per arch, all-inclusive. It covers all extractions, the dental implants (4 or 6, as your case needs), any bone grafting you need, IV sedation, temporary teeth, your final zirconia prosthesis, and a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the prosthesis that covers breakage. General anesthesia is available as an optional add-on for $3,000 per case. Prices are valid October 20 through November 30, 2026. A free consultation and 3D X-ray come first to confirm you are a candidate and to plan your treatment.
I already wear dentures / have no teeth — what does it cost?
If you have no remaining teeth in the arch, ask about our All-on-4/6 for Edentulous Patients option: $8,999 per arch, the same price for 4 or 6 implants, with no extractions needed. It includes everything our $13,500 package does except extractions: 4 or 6 implants, any needed bone grafting, IV sedation, temporary teeth, final zirconia teeth, and a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the prosthesis that covers breakage (kept with a professional cleaning at least once a year at any dental office). Optional general anesthesia is $3,000 per case. It is a pay-in-full price, valid through November 30, 2026, and not every patient qualifies; your free consultation and 3D X-ray determine eligibility. Monthly financing estimates on this page are based on the $13,500 package, not this pay-in-full price. If you still have some teeth, the $13,500 per-arch package applies.
Is the price the same if I need 6 implants instead of 4?
Yes. The price is $13,500 per arch whether your plan calls for 4 or 6 implants. No surprise add-ons.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The $13,500 per-arch price covers your whole treatment from start to finish: the free consult and 3D X-ray, all extractions, any bone grafting you need, 4 or 6 implants, IV sedation, temporary teeth, your final zirconia teeth, and a LIFETIME WARRANTY that covers breakage. The only optional upgrade is general anesthesia, $3,000 per case, if you prefer to be fully asleep. FP1 and zygomatic options are $18,000 per arch. Your consultation confirms which option fits you, and your plan is given to you in writing before treatment.
What is FP1, and is it right for me?
FP1 is a full-arch option that replaces only the teeth themselves, with no pink gum-colored material, so the teeth look like they grow naturally from your own gums. It is typically for patients who still have enough bone and gum tissue. At Elite it is $18,000 per arch and includes everything the $13,500 package does: all extractions, implants, any needed bone grafting, IV sedation, temporary teeth, final zirconia teeth, and the LIFETIME WARRANTY. Your free consultation and 3D X-ray confirm whether FP1 is right for you.
What if I need a bone graft?
Any bone grafting your case needs is included in the $13,500 per-arch price. Temporary teeth are included too.
I was told I don’t have enough bone. Do I have options?
Possibly. For patients without enough upper jawbone for standard implants, Elite offers zygomatic implants, which anchor in the cheekbone, at $18,000 per arch. That price includes extractions, the zygomatic implants, sedation, the final zirconia teeth, and a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the prosthesis. Your free consultation and 3D X-ray show whether you are a candidate.
Is sedation included? What about general anesthesia?
Yes. IV sedation is included in the $13,500 per-arch price. If you prefer general anesthesia, it is available as an optional add-on for $3,000 per case (not per arch). We’ll talk through which is right for you at your consultation.
How does Elite’s price compare with ClearChoice, Aspen Dental, and Nuvia?
On their own websites, ClearChoice lists fixed full-arch implants at $14,000 to $36,000 per arch, and Aspen Dental reports an average of $19,979 per arch with a range of $19,315 to $30,878, both national figures based on their internal data. Nuvia does not publish a price; its site cites U.S. averages of $15,000 to $30,000 per arch. Those figures can cover different services. At Elite, the price is $13,500 per arch, all-inclusive. Ask any provider for a written, itemized quote so you can compare.
What do I need to do to keep the LIFETIME WARRANTY?
Your final zirconia prosthesis comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY that covers breakage. To keep the LIFETIME WARRANTY, get a professional cleaning at least once a year, plus any more frequent cleanings your doctor recommends. The cleanings can be done at any dental office, not only at Elite. That makes it easy for out-of-state patients to keep their warranty with a dentist near home.
Is the consultation really free? Can I do it online?
Yes. The consultation and 3D X-ray are free. You can start with a virtual consult online with a Treatment Coordinator, or come in person for a 3D X-ray and clinical evaluation at our Austin or Cedar Park office.
I live out of state. Can I come to Elite for full-arch implants?
Yes. Elite Dentistry welcomes out-of-state patients and has treated patients from North Carolina, New York, and California. Start with a free virtual consult before you plan your trip to Austin or Cedar Park. After treatment, the yearly professional cleaning that keeps your LIFETIME WARRANTY can be done at any dental office near home.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. You can pay over time through Cherry or Proceed Finance, subject to credit approval. Cherry publishes APRs from 0% to 35.99% with terms of 1 to 60 months and uses a soft credit check that won’t affect your credit score. Proceed Finance publishes fixed rates as low as 3.99% APR, loans up to $75,000, and terms up to 12 years for well-qualified borrowers; pre-qualifying won’t affect your score, but accepting a loan results in a hard inquiry. For example, a $13,500 arch at 10.99% APR for 144 months is about $169 a month (about $24,358 total). Elite Dentistry is not the lender; rates and terms vary.
How long does treatment take?
For eligible cases, surgery and your initial teeth may be done within a few days, depending on your plan. Your timeline to the final zirconia teeth depends on your healing and is confirmed at your consultation.
Are your doctors specialists?

Dr. Le has completed extensive continuing education in implant dentistry, oral surgery, and sedation, including a Dental XP Implant Fellowship and All-on-4 training with Dr. Paulo Malo.
